DON'T DESPISE THAT 'LITTLE' GIFT

Okay. So, last week by God's grace I was involved in an outreach that lasted the whole week. We (Wonderful Jesus Abundant Life Ministries) 'll just go to a particular location do some personal evangelism/publicity and then set up a two day crusade in the evenings, God helped us to do that in about four locations( the last one was just for a day).
The order of the crusades was usually something like an opening prayer session, praises, choir ministration, a guest minister's songs ministration, the Pastor's message and then an Altar call. After this call and prayers the second phase of the outreach starts, the Film Show. There is this man of God who seems to me anointed to run film commentary, you just have to hear him do it. He comes up after
the set up of his equipments and he just runs commentary on the film as the Holy Spirits directs him, makes an altar call and people troop out to receive Christ's Love. Note, He does not preach a sermon, he only makes comments punctuated with the scriptures and other life changing testimonies and God glorifies Himself.
God has deposited in each one of us special abilities, you may choose to call them gifts, talents, faculties or qualities. His eternal purpose for this is that His Kingdom be advanced and His Name be glorified. You may chose to esteem or even ignore these qualities, but that does not mean they are not there.
What is that thing you just enjoy doing? Have people been telling you 'you too dey talk'? (like me, I know I talk a lot, lol) You can channel that 'thing' that is almost turning you into a nuisance towards Kingdom advancement. You love singing, writing, drawing, chatting, cooking, driving, acting or even dancing? There is a place for your gifts in this Kingdom. Make a decision to arouse every dormant gifts in your life in the new year. May God grant us all the grace to do the things we love to please the King we love.
Romans 12:6-8
[6]In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you.
[7]If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well.
[8]If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly. Me love ya.TiToluwaNiMi.
