Johny walked briskly towards the river lost in thought. His late father before his death had told him about the family treasures stolen and hidden in the seemingly little dark hut. And for five, no six generations, his progenitors had not been able to overpower the successive custodians of the treasures.
"It is not by your power or might...", his old man had told him, as diplomacy, force or military intelligence had failed the family in times past. "It is for you to find another means to conquer the custodian or hand over the lineage quest to the next patriarch", his father concluded.

Anybody going to the parsonage must pass by Aunt Susan's place where children gather every night (except in harmattan) to listen to bible stories. And tonight, they were singing a new song...

The hidden riches of secret places
That you may know that I am God.
Johny listened intrigued, and then he broke into a run.

"Yes", the pastor responded reassuringly as if he had been waiting for him all the while. "Then pray for me", Johny broke into tears. " I need to get those treasures,I need healing for my marriage. Abike and I are struggling..." he sobbed like a baby.
"Sshh", the parson said. "First, you need Jesus, cause its Him who had overcome the original thief, the devil. When you have Jesus in your life, all the other things, the treasures, a beautiful marriage etc. shall be added unto you".
"Show me Jesus", Johny cried.

No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house. Mark 3:27. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I am come that they may might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10.
